ZINQ is live for early customers

ZINQ is now running real customer conversations for our first set of businesses — capturing enquiries, qualifying them, and booking appointments across WhatsApp and web chat — and we're opening a few more spots.

The ZINQ team · May 20, 2026

We started ZINQ with a simple frustration: businesses lose customers in the gap between an enquiry arriving and someone being free to answer it. A message at 9pm, a call during a busy shift, a form filled in over the weekend — by the time anyone replies, the customer has moved on.

Today ZINQ is live for our first set of early customers. Real enquiries, real bookings, every day.

What it’s doing

For the businesses running it now, the ZINQ agent:

  • Answers enquiries on WhatsApp and web chat the moment they arrive, day or night.
  • Asks the qualifying questions that business would ask, and captures the answers.
  • Books the appointment into the calendar and confirms it back to the customer.
  • Hands anything sensitive to the team, with the full conversation attached.

One of them is a hair-transplant clinic in India whose enquiries mostly arrive after hours — exactly the time a front desk can’t cover. The agent now meets those enquiries when they land instead of the next morning.

We’re opening a few more spots

We’re deliberately growing slowly so we can set each business up properly and learn from how their customers actually talk. If running an agent across your channels sounds like it would help, we’d like to hear from you — there are a few more early-access spots open.
